  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original, undamaged packaging with all seals and accessories intact.
  • Inspection: All returned items will be thoroughly inspected by our sales and technical departments. Any signs of tampering, misuse, or improper installation will void the return policy and any associated warranty.

2. Valid Reasons for Return

You may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged on Arrival: If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit, you must notify us immediately upon delivery. Take photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will not accept claims for missing, wrong, or defective items after you have accepted the package from the delivery agent.
